The pre-marital program includes a five-hour workshop, pre-marital assessment, an individual couple follow-up session, and comprehensive summary of couple's strengths and growth areas disseminated to pastor officiating wedding. Select a workshop from the
list below to register. After registration is complete, you will have the option to pay online. If you do not pay online, your payment
will be due upon arrival. Registration closes at 9pm two days before each workshop.

Program Presenters:
Dr. Mark J. Britzman is a tenured professor in the Counseling and Human Resource Development at South Dakota State University and is a National Trainer for the Josephson Institute of Ethics, founder of the CHARACTER COUNTS! Initiative, located in Los Angeles, CA a licensed psychologist and clinical mental health counselor.
Mark was chosen as a William Glasser Scholar where he received advanced training and supervision in Choice Theory and earned certification this last summer in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Sela Nagelhout received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing
from SDSU and practiced for several years as a nurse working in
critical care settings. She returned to SDSU to obtain her MS in
Counseling and currently works with Dr. Britzman at Pursuing the Good
Life Professional Counseling & Consultation Services, LLC. She
recently became certified as an instructor of the Within Our Reach
marital education program.
